SERVING ST. CLAIR SHORES AND GROSSE POINTE COMMUNITIES:
Welcome to Shorewood Kiwanis Club of St. Clair Shores! We are an eclectic mix of ages, genders, occupations, backgrounds and interests. We are all passionate about making our community and the world a better place for children so they can thrive. We are devoted to serving the children in our local community and also children all across the country and worldwide through unique and innovative service projects and fundraising initiatives.
SHOREWOOD KIWANIS CLUB A CHAPTER OF:
Kiwanis International, a global organization of volunteers dedicated to “IMPROVING THE WORLD, ONE CHILD, ONE COMMUNITY, AT A TIME.” Shorewood is a dedicated chapter of this global organization and has been improving our own communities since 1959.
Our club seeks to develop a more serviceable citizenship and give primacy to the human values of life as stated in the objects of Kiwanis International. Come to one of our Tuesday Morning meetings. We meet the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at Leo’s Coney Island Restaurant (9 Mile & Jefferson) at 7:30 a.m. ALL ARE WELCOME!
Visit our Events Calendar for our next community event, fundraiser, service project or who will be speaking at our bi-monthly meetings.
Kiwanis is serious about youth protection. That’s why we have created a toll-free, confidential helpline that can be used 24 hours a day by Kiwanis family members and the youth we serve. To access the U.S. helpline, call 866-607-SAFE (7233). Learn more: bit.ly/31Y51Rn... See MoreSee Less
